The ayahuasca ceremony is a sacred experience that goes beyond the physical. It is said that, in the Amazonian worldview, it allows one to connect with the divine, receive messages and healings that have a lasting impact on the lives of the people who live this mystical process and experience.
Ayahuasca ceremonies take place at night and last approximately 4 hours, when the group meets in the Maloca, a sacred ceremonial space.
Each participant ingests the ayahuasca drink under the supervision of the shaman, who guides the ceremony with the healing icaros. During the journey, it is normal for the participant to experience a variety of emotions and visions; this process is unique to each individual.

EXCELLENT Based on 535 reviews Posted on Shan18/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was perhaps the most terrifying and transformative experience of my life, wow! The journey to the retreat was an experience in itself. When we arrived at the dock, the first boat cost 25 soles and included locals as well. Once the boat was full, we departed for the first stop, had lunch, and then continued on a smaller boat to reach the retreat center. From the moment we arrived, I felt safe, supported, and looked after by the entire team. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. During the ceremony, which lasted about three hours, we were always attended to with care. If we needed to use the bathroom, we were escorted, and afterward, we were also guided safely back to our rooms. One practical tip: definitely bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are relentless. While the overall experience was powerful, I did find that the process of others during my first ceremony was a bit distracting. Additionally, part of our group felt somewhat excluded during a session with Don Ladimiro due to a significant language barrier. Without a translator present, he was only able to communicate with the two members of our group who spoke Spanish, which made the rest of us feel like we missed out on valuable insights about the ceremonies. That said, my session with Bladimir was incredibly reassuring and helpful. Speaking with him gave me a sense of trust in the process and allowed me to fully surrender to the experience. So a special thank you to Bladimir and the team for taking such great care of us throughout our stay and to Alfonso for answering all of my questions. Overall, this was a deeply profound journey, one that challenges you to face your deepest fears but also offers immense personal growth. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who feels called to do this kind of inner work.Posted on Gabino Silva14/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Steph09/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Moment magique et inoubliable... une superbe experience...Posted on Alina08/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Auch Jahre später kann ich nur Danke sagen für diese lebensverändernde Reise ❤️Posted on Brayan Diaz06/03/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ✨🙏

The Ayahuasca ceremony in the Peruvian Amazon is a sacred healing retreat that has deep roots in the indigenous traditions of the region. Here are some key aspects of this ceremony:
Origin and Tradition : Ayahuasca is a psychoactive drink prepared by mixing the Banisteriopsis caapi vine with other plants, such as chacruna (Psychotria viridis). Shamans or indigenous spiritual guides are in charge of preparing and leading the ayahuasca experience.
Purpose and Experience : Ayahuasca is consumed for the purpose of facilitating the physical and spiritual experience of healing. Ayahuasca is believed to allow access to a spiritual plane, providing visions, revelations, and the opportunity to confront deeper aspects of the self.
Preparation and Ritual : Before the ceremony, participants usually undergo a strict diet ( ayahuasca diet ) and sometimes physical purges to cleanse the body and prepare spiritually. During the ceremony, which is usually held at night and in a natural environment, participants ingest the sacred drink under the guidance of our ceremonial center, who directs the process with icaro chants and other ritual practices.
Spiritual and Healing Aspects : Ayahuasca is considered a sacred medicine that can aid in physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Effects can range from experiences that connect with our inner self to symbolic visions that guide participants toward understanding and healing.
